Marketing email is set up by hand, for now. When you order, we configure your sending domain, authenticate it properly with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and email you when it is ready — usually the same working day. Sending is deliberately kept off the web servers so that a campaign can never affect anyone's website or ordinary mail.

Why mail goes missing

Most "my email goes to spam" problems are not spam at all — they are a domain that never had SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly. We publish those records for you when the domain is added, and check them again whenever your DNS changes.

Before you buy
Probably not. Every hosting plan comes with mailboxes at your own domain at no extra charge — Starter has 5, Business 50, Pro 200. These paid plans are for two situations: you want email from us without hosting a website here, or you have outgrown what your plan includes and want more storage per mailbox.
Yes, as long as you control the domain. We move the mailboxes across with their messages and folders intact, and you carry on using the same address. If the domain is registered elsewhere you keep it there; only the mail records change.
Mail stops being delivered, but nothing is deleted for 30 days. Come back inside that window and everything is where you left it. After 30 days the mailboxes are removed, and we will have emailed you twice before that happens.
One. Add and remove them whenever you like and we bill the difference — there is no seat count to commit to for a year, which is the thing that makes most business email quietly expensive.
Please do not. A shared mail server that starts sending bulk campaigns gets its reputation damaged, and that affects everybody’s ordinary mail including yours. That is exactly why marketing email is a separate product on separate infrastructure.
No. Not for advertising, not for training anything, not at all. Mail passes through spam and virus filtering, which is automated and looks at nothing else. Support can only see a mailbox if you ask us to look and grant access.
